• "Services": family communication workshops, restorative facilitation sessions, and reflective records support, as described on our website.
• "User" / "You": any person accessing this website or engaging with our services.
• "Agreement": these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any session-specific correspondence.
• "Session": any individual service engagement, including workshops, facilitation, or records support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

3. Service Description

Willowmend provides three types of services:

• Gentle Communication Workshops — educational sessions on communication frameworks for families.
• Restorative Facilitation Sessions — voluntary, neutral facilitation for family conversations.
• Reflective Records Support — assistance preparing plain-language written records of agreed points.

All services are educational or facilitative in nature. Willowmend does not provide legal advice, psychological or mental health services, financial advice, or any regulated professional service. Nothing provided by Willowmend constitutes professional advice of any kind.

4. Voluntary Participation

All sessions are entirely voluntary. No participant is required to attend, agree to any outcome, or sign any agreement. Willowmend does not compel attendance or participation. Participants may withdraw at any time without penalty.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making enquiries or bookings.
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect.
• Not use information from sessions to harm, intimidate, or disadvantage others.
• Not misrepresent Willowmend's services or the outcomes of sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, workshop materials, and the reflective journal — is owned by or licensed to Willowmend. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt materials without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Session fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing prior to each session. Fees are due before the session begins unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session: full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee will be retained.
• No-shows without notice: session fee is non-refundable.

Willowmend reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session with reasonable notice, in which case a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

8. Confidentiality

Willowmend treats session content as confidential. We do not share session content with external parties, file reports with authorities, or retain session records on behalf of third parties. Any written record produced through our Reflective Records Support service is owned by the family and no copy is retained by Willowmend unless specifically agreed.

9. Disclaimers

Willowmend's services are provided in good faith and on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that sessions will result in any particular outcome. Family decisions, agreements, and actions remain the full responsibility of the individuals involved. Willowmend makes no representations regarding legal enforceability of any record or agreement produced through our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Willowmend's total liability to any user in connection with any session or website use shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the relevant session. Willowmend is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the website or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Willowmend from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

12. Termination

Willowmend reserves the right to decline or terminate a service engagement if a participant behaves in a manner that endangers the safety or wellbeing of facilitators or other participants. In such cases, the session fee is non-refundable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any session correspondence, constitute the entire agreement between you and Willowmend.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
